We collect as little as a paper can collect and still answer its mail.
What we collect
If you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, subject and message, and we deliver that packet to support@worldwidebacklinks.com. Server logs on the host may record an IP address, user agent and the page requested. We do not run a marketing pixel, a remarketing pool, or a lead-gen database.
What we do with it
Contact messages are used to reply, to correct the paper, or to consider a pitch. We do not sell, rent or swap reader details. We do not use the form as a builder-referral engine. If a message contains personal information about someone else, we treat it as a complaint or a correction, not as a lead.
Cookies and analytics
The site does not set advertising cookies. Essential hosting cookies may be set by the platform that serves the pages. If we later add a privacy-respecting analytics tool, this page will name it.
Retention and access
Editorial email is kept as long as the correspondence is useful, then deleted in the ordinary course of inbox hygiene. You can ask what we hold about you by writing to support@worldwidebacklinks.com from the same address you used. Australian Privacy Principle language applies to any personal information we hold.
Third parties
The contact endpoint may pass a message through a form-delivery service in order to reach support@worldwidebacklinks.com. Hosting, DNS and email providers see whatever traffic is required to operate the site. We do not authorise those providers to use reader mail for their own marketing.
Questions about this notice can go through the contact form or directly to the desk. Related pages: editorial standards and about the desk.
